Synergy Sauna and SPA

For my family Synergy Sauna & SPA is #1 to meet with friends, celebrate family event and even bday parties. However, the health benefit of this sauna is even higher. The scent of essential oils and oak whisk remains on your body for few days after the appointment. Highly recommended!

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I enjoyed Synergy Sauna & SPA so much that I had to share. During my trip to Canada, I visited this wonderful place, and it was an unforgettable experience. The saunas were fantastic — I haven’t felt so relaxed in ages. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, offering a complimentary selection of teas and explaining all the treatments in detail. The massage and facial care were top-notch — pure relaxation from start to finish! A special thank you to Lyudmila for her warmth and professionalism, she is truly exceptional. The entire place is clean, cozy, and you can see the effort the team puts into making it perfect. Big thanks to the staff! I’ll definitely return when I’m in the area again.
