I’ve been taking my two Yorkies to Premium Pet Styling for several years—four years with our first dog and two with our second. While the location has always been convenient, the service has only ever been okay. For the price they charge, I would have expected more attention to detail and better quality, but unfortunately, that hasn’t been the case. What pushed me to write this review was today’s experience. We arrived 20 minutes late due to unavoidable traffic, and they charged us an additional $70 late fee—on top of the already steep $230 for two haircuts. Paying $300 for two small dogs’ grooming is simply outrageous, especially when the results are just average at best. Needless to say, we won’t be returning. I want to caution others to carefully consider their options. For this price, you can likely find a groomer who provides both better service and higher-quality work.

The owner Tamara, has been grooming our family pets for 20+ years and absolutely every time it has been an awesome experience for our pets. Over the years we’ve had the privilege of watching her perfect her skills and to apply them to her own business with a keen sense of acumen, dedication and the highest level of client/customer care. They listen to the their customers concerns and deliver the utmost level of pet care. She and her staff will give your pets a happy, safe and respectful experience. When picking up our pets they clearly look like they’ve had a happy experience and come home looking and smelling fantastic, and have a happy bounce in their step because they feel so good. Not only do the pets feel great, But we do too knowing they are safe in the care of this crew?? We wouldn’t trust our pets in the hands of any other establishment as we know we’re already clients of the best out there?
