I had 7 windows replaces in my house. After having quotes from 3 other companies this team of professionals came in and took the time to go over everything and answer all questions we had. Very professional from the first visit! They installed all 7 windows in under a day, cleaned up after themselves and walked us through the proper maintenance of the windows. I’m so happy with the results, they look beautiful and more importantly they are all energy star rated. I now have no drafts from my windows! I highly recommend Panorama Windows and doors! Great warranty as well! I can’t say enough good about them. I will be using them again to replace my doors!

Aizik came out to see us back in the summertime. We ended up selecting a new front door. We were warned it might take a while to receive, but it actually came in at a reasonable rate because we selected a pretty simple door. The office called and Aizik visited a day after to inspect and to see if I am satisfied with my new windows and door and overall I am, except for a small problem with the door that the installers will come and fix. The order was delayed considerably but due to reasons out of their control (Covid and supply chain). The sales person, project manager that did final measurements on site, and the installers were all professional, friendly, and great to deal with. Only area for improvement for the company would be on communicating to the customer about delays and providing updates. I always had to call them to get any type of update on delivery dates. I would highly recommend if you are wanting to renovate and replace with high quality product.

So we just finally had a moment to leave a review. We got the work done about a month ago and we did our entire house, all the windows and all the doors were replaced. It took FOREVER but the work is now done. There were some minor issues like ripped screens and some minor things which were taken care of in a timely manner. We are still waiting on a replacement glass for one of the doors, but Panorama already called us with a date for when that is expected to come in. We are very pleased with the overall experience regardless of the long wait – we understand it isn’t these guys’ fault, it seems to be an all-around problem right now. We sincerely appreciate your professionalism and your ability to resolve problems as they come up. Panorama team is truly proud of their product and they take pride in regards to the installations as well. We really value this aspect of their process, and we will certainly recommend them to our friends and family.

I was having problems with my bay window and I called Panorama window. The customer service was awesome, I got a quick appointment and the repair was amazing! My windows are working properly now and I am truly grateful for this company. 

We had the last 4 windows that needed to be upgraded, and we were very happy with the care they took to install. One of the company officials came by a couple of days later to check on the work and if we were satisfied. I have not got any photos of our new triple Low E /Argon windows, but everyone should do the upgrade to save all the heat loss from the double pane.!

Yana, the project specialist, came to provide a quote and go over their product and the various options. I’m quite satisfied with her professionalism and product knowledge. The pricing quote was comparable and what I was expecting for a custom window installation. Besides a high-level of professionalism, there is also a human-touch to Panorama. I am replacing a large living room window due to accidental breakage. Knowing that it was a large & unplanned expense, Yana was able to work with me on options to pay the deposit and get my order started right away. So far in the process, I’m very happy with Panorama.

I purchased a front door and one bay window in the beginning of July. I was told that painted windows took an extra long time to manufacture, thankfully I needed white windows to match the rest. The installation took place a couple of weeks ago, which was a tad earlier than I anticipated after being informed of the possible delays. I am glad this work was done as I have a baby due very soon, and I am glad we can welcome our baby in a draft-free home. Hello and thanks for installing our new front door! We love the top to bottom frosted sidelights, and the modern style of our new entrance. We just ordered windows as well, although it can only be done in the spring – we have a lot of faith in panorama after seeing the results of the beautiful door installation. The wait times are not ideal, but we called a few other companies and it seems to be the case for all of them right now, which is understandable. We shall wait to see our new windows in a few months, very excited! Thanks Aizik!!

Getting my windows replaced was a little challenging this year due to the covid delays. I had called 5 or 6 companies and got the same if not a longer timeline for production. I went with panorama because they are close to my area and I’d rather deal with a local company. Even though the wait was quite long, it was worth the wait in the end. My new windows look amazing, I got them in black colour and it really goes well with the rest of our home. So far I can notice that my place is more quiet, there aren’t any drafts or leaks, like my old windows had so I am very thankful that Panorama was able to complete this installation at a fairly reasonable timeline, considering the current delays with any home improvements. Thanks Panorama team, we appreciate you working hard despite having to deal with this ongoing issue. Keep up the good work!

I purchased 2 window and side door to see if this window was the quality that I wanted for my home and Panorama didn’t disappoint… although I had a problem with the shipping because it took so long but Panorama took care of it and I will be ordering the rest of my windows in the spring or summer.

We had Panorama come and replace 3 doors and 2 windows in our home. He changed an exterior French door to a slider and made the opening bigger. They were very efficient and price was reasonable for the amount of labour required. We would definitely use them again!

Panorama windows and doors showed up a little early and were completely professional and delivered excellent service installing my windows and doors! All my questions were answered courteously, and all staff was so friendly!

This company was recommended by friends, including ones who work in construction. We had many fogging 30-year old windows that needed replacement. The appraiser was timely, careful, answered all my questions, didn’t recommend unnecessary work (for instance upgrading to triple pane or replacing entire windows rather than just the glass units). The team to finalize measurements was the same one that showed up on the scheduled day to do the replacements. Everyone on the team was careful, took their shoes off without being asked, and cleanliness was clearly a priority. I did need noise cancelling headphones while they worked, but it was as stressless as it could possibly have been. Will definitely use them again as more aging windows fail.

Very satisfied with my experience

Our house was freezing cold during the winter, especially our daughters rooms. We are thrilled with our newly updated windows and doors not just for the aesthetic reason but for comfort as well. Otto and his crew where professional and efficient and discovered an error in the building of the house which contributed to the cold getting in. They were able to fix the problem which we were very grateful for. Would highly recommend!

I replaced 15 windows and 2 sliding patio doors that were 30 years old. These new windows and doors look great! Call and ask for Otto Maan – he’s great to work with on the sales side (isn’t pushy). Rustam led the install along with two other guys – they knocked out a 4 day scheduled job in 2 days. Highly recommend working with these guys!

Excellent service from the day i walked in the showroom to finishing touches on the installation. This was a one window project that involved adding a large window to a load-bearing structural brick wall. Otto Maan was exceptional to deal with and very accommodating as new challenges came up with the project. Rustam did a fantastic job with the installation and finishing. We relocated to the Oshawa area in the winter of 2020 and when the first weekend of nice weather was upon us to open windows for the first time, we discovered just how extensive the wood rot was on multiple builder grade windows Delax that had been installed in 2001. I hired Panorama to replace all of my windows during a major renovation.  Their salesperson recommended 6′ picture windows to replace 3 large windows and 3 small windows. It was such a great idea and dramatically upgraded the look of my house.  They also replaced all other windows 12 in total.  The installation was done in one day and the crew cleaned up afterwards.  Very pleased with my experience and did not have any issues since then.  Strongly recommended.

This is the second experience I have had with the Panorama windows and doors replacement team. I have had half of my windows done 3 years ago and the other half just this season. I am 100% satisfied with my experience with Panorama and with the product. The original windows are holding up great. My salesperson Aizik was great to work with. Having a contractor background myself I know the importance of selecting the right company, the right product and what is truly the best value. Value does not mean the lowest price but the price was also great at Panorama. We worked directly with Joe and from day one we knew he stood well above the competitor’s sales reps. We had 14 residential windows replaced in 2 days by a team of only 2 men. Alex and Dan were awesome. I would guess that Jeremy is probably one of the best installers in the Rocky Mountain Region. Panorama installed nine windows and one sliding glass door in my home a little over two years ago and I have been extremely happy with their workmanship, products and, most notably, their customer service. For big projects and purchases such as this, I like to wait awhile before writing a review so I can accurately gauge and test the company’s products and responsiveness. I have contacted them twice after installation for help and they have absolutely exceeded my expectations in every way. You can read-on for additional details, but I would highly recommend Panorama if you want to get the most value for your money. I solicited 3 other quotes for my project from companies that ranged from corporate chains to local owned business similar to Panorama windows and doors. Panorama provided not the lowest quote of the four but I chose them for the project because 1) they gave me a free upgrade from double to triple-pane, 2) the windows appeared to be a superior product Low E 366, 3) they had many stellar reviews online, and 4) their employees were responsive, friendly and helpful but also (most importantly) not pushy salesmen like I encountered with competitors (Side-note: I basically had to kick the one of the competitor salesmen out of my house. When a salesmen is that pushy, it always worries me. It makes me think they care more about their commission and/or quota, and less about the quality of the product and customer service). The windows and door have been a significant upgrade to our home. They function beautifully, are easy to clean and maintain, and having triple-pane has resulted in lower heating costs during the winter. After two years, the windows look exactly like when we bought them (no yellowing or other discolouration) and there have been no problems with the pressures. Panorama has come back twice to handle small repairs; once immediately after the installation to do some clean-up work, repairing a cracked piece of trim and recaulking a window, and again, just recently, to fix some caulking that was pulling away from the wall. Both repairs were handled quickly and seamlessly, and for free – all covered under warranty! Honestly, I think the damage from the second time wasn’t even caused by Panorama window installers… I think I had a roof leak that made the caulking pull away from the dry wall around the window. But, they still sent an employee to my house and he removed the damage, prepped the wall and recaulked it. I asked him how much I owed him and he replied “Nothing – we appreciate you being a customer!” Who are these guys? It’s so rare to find that level of care and compassion for customers these days… I’m convinced they must be from a different planet or something. 🙂 I’m a very cautious consumer; always doing my due diligence to research a product or company before proceeding with a purchase. Next time I need to replace some windows or doors, I’m not going to waste my time shopping around and dealing with pushy salesmen… I’m just going to call Panorama Windows and Doors. You should feel confident doing the same!

We’ve been wanting new windows as our old ones continued to degrade. After spending lots of ‘pro-rated’ money during the 10-year warranty period since the home was new, I wish I hadn’t done that… The windows were always hard to operate, and even the replacement glass would eventually fail and have ugly stains w/in to where you could not see through. That’s when someone referred me to Panorama Window and Doors. Otto came by and gave me an excellent quote, showed a demo of a window, and we waited for our order to arrive. We’ve had these for almost 3 months now, and love them. They are easy to operate and crystal clear. With these sub-zero temperatures, they’ve been performing very well. We had a huge swarm of birds looking for water and warmth on the rooftops, and slamming into our windows! they were so clear they didn’t know… and the warranty is great on these, we don’t have to worry about the glass seals failing .

Ross and his crew arrived around 10am. They took a look at the windows and formulated the plan which took into account that working from home meant starting with the office window so we could still work while they completed the job. They were very professional and polite. Installation went very smooth and they completed the job in one day. We are very happy with the windows and with the process of having them installed. One note of interest: one of the screens for the double-hung windows was manufactured a little off, size wise on one end. I would never have noticed it, bit Ross did and put in a request to have it re-made and installed when its ready. The attention to detail is absolutely fantastic.
