A business can only be listed after passing the iTrust qualification process which is a step in the process of becoming an official Top Choice Award Nominee.* You can go through the process here. Once passed, a business will be automatically posted on the listing and have the option to claim their listing to edit or upgrade their account.
*Qualifying does not guarantee your business will become a Top Choice Award Nominee. You can pass the qualification process and choose not to become a Nominee if you’d like.
The qualification process is based on a points system where the business must reach a benchmark of 40/50 points. To view what each of the Qualification Process points entail visit this page.
Your business may be iTrust Qualified but may still not become a nominee in the Top Choice Awards Survey for the following reasons:
Your city is not included in the survey.
Your category is not included in the survey.
You wish not to be part of the survey.
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. For upgraded plans, if you’ve paid monthly, your next billing day will not go through and you will lose access to your features after you have canceled your subscription.
Listings stay on the site forever, provided that the business still meets the iTrust qualified criteria.

Your iTrust Local listing will automatically be posted for you if you qualify. In order to edit your information and in order to move onto the Top Choice Awards Survey (if eligible) as an official nominee you must claim your listing. Claiming your listing is completely free.
You will need to claim your listing first. Once signed in, you will have a user dashboard. Press > Listings on the left side bar. You will see your business listing appear. Press the 3 dots (⋮) on the right side of your listing, press > edit and begin editing your listing. To ensure your listing is optimized to it’s highest potential visit this link.
The iTrust Listing platform accepts all major credit cards.
Listings do not need to be renewed, they continue automatically with whichever plan a business has for as long as a business meets the iTrust Qualified Requirements.

As new submissions are sent in every day, we are constantly updating our cities in correlation to the demand they have from our users. If your city isn’t listed, let our support team know here.
The qualification process can take anywhere from 2 – 30 business days. Receiving and reviewing hundreds of submissions to filter out only the best businesses takes effort!
For your main location, which determines where your pin is on the map, there can only be one location. However, you can mention your additional locations in your description.
If your business is service related and doesn’t have a physical location, simply enter the city in which you operate in and leave the other fields blank.
