C.S. Counselling & Consulting Services is an established counselling, therapy and psychotherapy practice in Brampton, Ontario, serving individuals, couples, families, children and youth since 2011. Our multidisciplinary team includes Registered Psychotherapists and Registered Social Workers with more than 40 years of combined experience and over 2,000 clients supported. We provide personalized, culturally responsive mental health care rather than a one-size-fits-all approach. Through our C.S. Connected Care Approach, Listen. Understand. Connect. Support., we consider each client’s concerns, goals, relationships, culture and life circumstances when helping connect them with appropriate care. Services include individual counselling and therapy, couples and relationship counselling, family therapy, children and youth counselling, anxiety therapy, depression therapy, anger management, alcohol counselling, grief and loss counselling, self-esteem support, divorce and separation counselling, life transitions, newcomer counselling, IVF and fertility counselling, and psychotherapy. New clients can begin with a free 30-minute initial consultation. In-person counselling is available in Brampton, with virtual counselling and therapy available across Ontario through appropriately qualified professionals.
