Ross and his crew arrived around 10am. They took a look at the windows and formulated the plan which took into account that working from home meant starting with the office window so we could still work while they completed the job. They were very professional and polite. Installation went very smooth and they completed the job in one day. We are very happy with the windows and with the process of having them installed. One note of interest: one of the screens for the double-hung windows was manufactured a little off, size wise on one end. I would never have noticed it, bit Ross did and put in a request to have it re-made and installed when its ready. The attention to detail is absolutely fantastic.
