My design consultant Otto took the time to understand what I wanted, provided advice about the products that would best meet my needs and documented the details for special features of the windows and doors. Yana provided weekly order status updates and scheduling of the windows and doors installation. She was well informed at every step along the way. My installation team of Alex Kerry installed 20 windows and two doors in two days. They were professional, very hard-working, friendly and efficient. The installation team took care to not damage anything and cleaned up the debris in the work areas. The windows and doors are top quality products and look fabulous.
