Staff welcome on arrival with a smile while one of them assists you with your coat and seats you.
Coffee offered while waiting. Great conversation with stylist and cordial conversation with other stylists during session. Ambiance is terrific and all staff are friendly with customers and other staff. Pleasant visit. Staff are professional, courteous and knowledgeable on a number of topics without being superior although one of the staff is most likely the Most knowledgeable KISS (rock group) expert who is not a member of KISS. The boss man Patrick, is extremely helpful to other staff and enjoys conversations with clients. Best Hair Salin in the region, for sure.
