Our law office recently purchased the Serenity Lift from Accessible Daily Living with a custom deck to accompany it. We did our due diligence and met with three (3) companies all together. ADL came highly recommended from a colleague of ours in the personal injury and rehabilitation industry. After some research and correspondence with the various company representatives, we felt most comfortable with John from ADL and were very pleased with their product and service. We made a decision to go with ADL and are happy we did. The lift we use regularly without issue and it is an overall gratifying experience adding to our firm accessibility and convenience. It's nice to know that if anything did go wrong, this company has the customer service to back up their products.
